Gastronorm trays (IM) for professional use

Introducing the Gastronorm injection moulding (IM) series, developed by Bordex for industrial food applications. The trays are suitable for various processes, including modified atmosphere packaging, pasteurising, sealing, and vacuum sealing. The universal European size means the trays easily fit in all metal GN containers, racks, and trolleys.

Quality product, made in the Netherlands

These Gastronorm trays are dimensionally stable and easy to denest. The trays guarantee an excellent shelf-life, due in part to the constant wall thickness. Over 20 injection moulding machines in our manufacturing site in Ter Aar produce tens of millions of injection moulding packaging items for various clients every year.

Personalise your trays with your own branding

The Gastronorm series is available in black and transparent. Other colours are available on request. The trays are available from stock in various heights, including 50 mm, 60 mm, 80 mm and 100 mm. At volumes over 25,000 units, the series can be produced with a custom print or company logo (in-mould labelling in up to six colours).
